Robert C. Schulz, Co-owner and President of Dynamic Tool, employs over 100 people in a building space of 75,000. He has been in business in El Paso County since 1979. The business has sales of $7 to $10 million a year. This year, Dynamic Tool partners opened a new manufacturing plant in Staunton, Virginia. Prior to opening his tool and dye business at Dynamic Tool, he was manager of a tool and die operation of a local, but nationally known company, that produced scopes for rifles. While employed at this company, he managed the maintenance of the manufacturing machinery. During his ownership of Dynamic Tool, he opened Network Systems from 1988 to 1993. It was a computer networking company involved in servicing computer systems, installing computer hardware and software, and installing and servicing internet services.

Raised in Tulia, Texas, Robert C. Schulz, has made El Paso his home since 1970 where he raised his three children. He has four grand children, 3 grand daughters and one grand son. He has been married for forty years.

He remains active in the business community by sitting on various boards. He presently is a committee member for the City of El Paso Public Utility Regulation Board, a member of the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Board, Commissioner on the Housing Authority, and was on the committee to hire the present City Manager. He is a former owner of Texas State Bank and sat on the Bank Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Missouri Lutheran Senate church where he served as a Lay Minister for 10 years.
