Chair

Mr. Holt holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He is a Project Manager for Verde Realty's Financial Planning and Analysis group.

While pursuing his Masters degree, Mr. Holt worked as a case manager and created a Representative Payeeship office for Pikes Peak Mental Health Center in Colorado Springs. His primary goal was to assist mentally ill adults with their monetary benefits, helping to insure that their housing, food and medical needs were appropriately met. During this time, he also worked in a program to assist ADD/ADHD students.

Upon completion of his Masters degree in 1997, Mr. Holt moved to El Paso, joining a number of relatives who were born and raised in the Sun City.

Mr. Holt's time working in the field of mental health as well as his first hand experience with friends and family whose lives were impacted by mental illness led to his interest in volunteering with EPMHMR.

The El Paso Hospital District appointed Mr. Holt to the EPMHMR Board of Trustees. He is Chair for the Finance Committee and a Representative to the Texas Council of Community MHMR Centers.
