Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Contract providers of EPMHMR specialize in meeting the needs of individuals with mental illness, utilizing an individualized rehabilitative approach to assist people in achieving their goals. Contract providers accept referrals only through EPMHMR intake and assessment service. Contract providers also offer skills training and classes covering a range of life coping and self-help training. Individuals are assessed to identify coping, functioning, and adaptive strengths and weaknesses. Once skill levels are determined, people are aligned into rehabilitative groups that address their individual needs. Each person is reassessed following 12 weeks of participation.
