Project RE: Direct

This program provides case management services to consumers on probation or parole who have a severe mental illness in order to minimize hospitalizations and prevent further criminal activity. Depending on the needs of the consumers, case managers may provide linkage to the following services: psychiatric treatment, medical care, medication compliance, psychiatric rehabilitation, pre-vocational training, supported employment, transportation, legal assistance and substance abuse services.
