Outpatient Services

Recovery Based Outpatient Care is provided by Outpatient Treatment Teams located at three sites within the city. Each team is composed of Physician, Case Manager, Rehabilitation Staff, Peer Provider (as applicable), and support staff. Medication, family education and rehabilitative services are provided to consumers through individual, group, and/or family sessions.
