Responsible for providing rehabilitation skills training for assigned consumers in the Intensive Community Treatment Program (ICT). Is required to work on-call after hours rotation. Provides rehabilitative services designed to assist individuals in achieving an optimal quality of life. The goals of rehabilitation services include: Development/enhancement of community living skills, increased management of mental health symptoms (symptom management), increased knowledge about medication, supported employment skills training, decreased psychiatric hospitalizations, and increased community tenure. Bachelor degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Human Services field required. 1 year experience in a community setting with knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and community resources for chronically mental ill consumers. Prefer bilingual English / Spanish.
