Apply For CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER- ChAMHPs / Juvenile Probation

The position requires close collaboration with the Juvenile Probation Department to facilitate services for juvenile youth offenders with Severe Emotional Disturbance demonstrating high level of needs and/or at risk of out of home placement. Provides counseling services through Cognitive Behavioral interventions to the child, adolescent, and/or their family. Includes performing home-based assessments, follow-up assessments, and developing clear goals/objectives as outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan. All services are provided utilizing a wraparound process approach. Services are provided in the community and timed to accommodate family schedule. Masters degree from accredited university in eligible therapeutic field required. LCSW, LPC, or LPC Intern. Bilingual (English / Spanish).
