Provides counseling services through Cognitive Behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, and families in order to improve the overall functioning level of the identified client. Job responsibilities include ensuring that all third party payer requirements are followed, and that all documentation is submitted in a timely manner. The clinical Social Worker functions within a team approach working closely with medical staff and case management staff to provide integrated treatment. Masters degree from accredited university in eligible therapeutic field required. LPC or LMSW-ACP required.
