• Current Position, Executive Director, LULAC Project Amistad. Responsible for an agency with sixty employees. The agency provides services to elderly and disabled adults in El Paso County and provides medical transportation to low income elderly persons.
• Assistant Executive Director of one of the largest Girl Scout councils in the nation (Girl Scouts of San Francisco Bay) - 1989 to 2004.
• Department head, County of El Paso. Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, 1977 - 1983.
