Mr. Larcenaire's experience in the Behavioral Health Field spans 17 years. He began his professional career as a caseworker serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness for the center now known as West Texas Centers for MHMR. He has also served as Chief of Quality Management and Chief Operating Officer at the Permian Basin Community Center for MHMR.

Mr. Larcenaire serves as chair of the statewide Texas Council of Community MHMR Centers Healthcare Integration Committee. He is an active member of the El Paso Downtown Rotary Club, serving as Chair of the Youth Appreciation Committee, a committee which identifies top students in El Paso County and rewards them with scholarships.

Mr Larcenaire is a Rotary Youth Leadership Award Counselor (RYLA) annually working with leading high school students helping to prepare them for life after high school.

Mr. Larcenaire has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology and a Masters in Public Administration from Angelo State University.

Mr. Larcenaire and his wife, Nicole, have been married 14 years and they have two daughters.

Mr. Larcenaire enjoys motorcycle touring, mountain bike riding, music recording, weight training, and is a certified high and low ropes instructor/facilitator.
